"BETONYP" Main properties, packaging, transport and storage of Betonyp ® Building panels.

2.1 DEFINITION

The cement attached to chipboard has created a new perfect material for light building, with high sound isolation and good mechanical properties

Betonyp ® is a panel of related materials and pressed with very high compression ratios to cold, it is derived from: pine wood fibers of measuring calibrated all amalgamated with the addition of hydraulic binders (Portland cement) and harmless chemical additives used in mixing methods with water.

2.2. MAIN PROPERTIES OF Betonyp ® BUILDING PANELS.

The building planks Betonyp ® combines the advantageous features of the cement with the characteristics of wood.
The structure of the table is always made from chipboard and wood chips that form the top layer on both sides, until a layer of rough in the middle.

The surfaces of the edges are smooth, with a gray color when the product does not undergo processing of grinding.
Betonyp ® table has a lighter color than traditional building materials.
It's resistant to climate change and frost. Insects and fungi are not able to attack or damage.Due to its physical and mechanical characteristics, the product is regarded as one of the best materials for lightweight construction.

2.3 PACKAGING OF Betonyp ® BUILDING PANELS.

The product is packed in the factory on resistant wood timbers or pallets of solid wood.
A sheet of material plastico it's positioned as superior protection, while the base of the pallet is made from raw chipboard.
Stacks are connected by iron strapping or plastic ciklostrip.
The edge of the table under the ciklostrip comes from supports.

Total weight of a pallet, in approximate measure, it is 3200-3500 kg.

Il peso totale di una pallett, in misura approssimativa, è di 3200-3500 kg. (7050 - 7710 lbs.)

2.4 TRANSPORT OF Betonyp ® BUILDING PANELS

Delivery of goods is done by truck.
Despite the load is carried out on behalf of Alberto La Rosa, it is recommended that the addressee has its own equipment suitable to download the goods.
Additional transport and movements must be regulated and organized by the client.

2.5 DEPOSIT OF Betonyp ® BUILDING PANELS.

Proper storage:

  • it's correct to place the boards on top of each other on a square wooden beams. To avoid bending, should be established intermediaries supports. The total length of the boards must be supported by wooden beams positioned in at least four points with uniform distance.

The maximum distance between the timber must be 800 mm.

  • When handling individual Betonyp ® building board, place them on your board. (Figure 1)
  • The pile should be well covered with cloth or paper to avoid dust and moisture.
  • The stack must also avoid the formation of moisture from the soil.
  • Avoid storage of the tables on the edge. Figure 2 shows the appropriate methods and incorrect storage of Betonyp ® building panels.
  •  Having spent part of the stack, the table of protection should be rearranged and replaced by a ballast to cover the pile and prevent the distortion of the tables above.
  • Avoid storing the tables on the usual construction margin.
  • Avoid exposure to direct construction of the tables with the rays of the sun during the filing
